How TO APPLY

Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of the fascia tissue, originating on the bottom surface of the calcaneus (heel bone) and extending along the sole of the foot towards the five toes and up the back of the heel to the Achilles tendon. It has been reported that plantar fasciitis occurs in two million Americans a year and 10% of the population over a lifetime. It is commonly associated with long periods of weight bearing. Muscles, Ligaments, Tendons, Joints, and Nerves

Apply 1 to 4 sprays and rub in for 30 seconds. If chronic (something you have been having for more than six months) use 3 times a day for 3 days then as needed.

Sinus, Sinus Headache, Hay Fever, Colds and Head Congestion

 

Open the bottle and breathe in the vapors through the nose, exhaling through the mouth for sixty seconds. The vapors may make your eyes water and cause you to cough. This is a normal reaction, and is only temporary.

Asthma, Chest Congestion, Bronchitis, Laryngitis and Emphysema

 

Open the bottle and breathe in the vapors through the mouth, exhaling through the nose for sixty seconds. For children 6 years and younger, inhale only once or twice.

Cold Sores

Apply The Good Stuff directly to the affected area several times during the day, as necessary. In most cases the oil will stop the cold sore before it erupts through the skin, if used when you first feel it coming on. Use 3 times the first day.

Rashes and Insect Bites

Apply The Good Stuff directly to the affected area. Repeat application several times during the day, as necessary.

Burns and Sunburns

Immediately apply The Good Stuff directly to the burn and keep moist. Apply again as necessary. In many burn cases The Good Stuff will prevent blistering.

Antiseptic Properties

Use on a cut or abrasion, directly spray the wound. It will clean out a wound and promote healing without a burn or sting.

Sores, Cuts, and Abrasions

Apply The Good Stuff directly to the affected area. When bandaged, apply directly over the bandage. Saturate the bandage with The Good Stuff. It will cleanse the wound and prevent infection.

Foot Bath and Sore Feet

Rub Rub the oil all over the foot and soak in warm water for 15 minutes.

Sauna

Sprinkle The Good Stuff in water and allow it to vaporize in the Sauna. You will find it invigorating and head clearing.

Vaporizer

Add a few drops of The Good Stuff to your Vaporizer. This will make breathing easier almost immediately and will often stop coughing. If you do not have a Vaporizer, sprinkle a few drops of The Good Stuff on your pajamas or on the edge of your pillow.
